Hello! I’m Tadd, based in New Mexico with a degree in graphic design. I grew up in Iowa where I developed a deep-rooted love for working with my hands. While my professional background includes the fast-paced world of retail, my heart lives in the creative process-whether I’m sketching digital illustrations, diving into a large-scale painting, or tackling a new visual project.

My Creative thinking
This is one of my illustrations from “The Mud Hollow Frog.” When creating art inspired from a story, the visuals should match the narrative. The emotional resonance of this tale was eerie and whimsical. I used deep blues and hazy air to create an ominous atmosphere. The only significant warmth comes from the frog’s sickly yellow-green body, which makes him stand out as the focal point.
